The International Trade Centre (ITC), Geneva is happy to invite you to participate in a training-of-trainers (ToT) and workshop session for the programme “Your Digital Journey: How to Start, Grow and Succeed Online.” The innovative scalable workshop methodology developed by ITC to deliver this workshop makes it possible for trainers to easily replicate training sessions, at scale. During the ToT, trainers will be provided with the tools and expertise to eectively deliver the training programme to small businesses and entrepreneurs who wish to take practical, achievable steps to succeed in e-commerce—from understanding markets to activating a strong online presence. Then, the newly-capacitated trainers will have the opportunity to practice delivering the workshop contents to participants for the first time—with the support of ITC’s international experts. Upon conclusion of the workshop session, successful trainers will be presented with a Certificate of Achievement, allowing them to join the database of Certified ITC Trainers and certifying them as competent to replicate the training programme in their own institutions.
